Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself in the world of the television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. The next year was not long after when she moved to Texas. In Texas, she began a career in physical therapy. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in local independent films as well as global commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love for the art of acting even in minor roles. Then she moved to New York in 2001 and landed her very first acting job as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. In the beginning of the decade, she appeared in small part for JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was on the short-lived 2004 series The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. Her role most remembered for was the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Her character then flocked to the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards for this character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. The actress was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on the dramatic TV series of National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring part. She played Marisol Deko as the spouse to David Caruso's Horatio. In the NBC's dramatic, dark thriller Do No Harm she played the character of the character Dr. Lena Solis. The show was canceled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has a nationality of Italian as well as having a 10-year-old younger brother who is named Cory. Her family was a very strict and spiritual one. Milano started her acting professional career when she was just seven years old. Her babysitter took her on an audition for acting. Milano was among four girls selected from among thousands of hopefuls. Milano is featured in TV ads, Off-Broadway productions as well as Jane Eyre, the American debut of Jane Eyre.
